My life with endometriosis

This is me

A 30 something doing her best to navigate and live a normal life while suffering from chronic pain and endometriosis.

Endometriosis is a disease where tissue from the uterus grows outside of the uterus. For me personally I suffer with awful pelvic cramps and pain throughout the month, migraines and headaches, nausea as well as crippling fatigue.

It’s hard living with constant pain but there is far to much I like to do to let it stop me! Yes there are time I have to sit on the sofa and do nothing for the whole weekend, walk slower than normal or need to sit down more often, I’ve also stopped eating meat and cut down on things such as dairy and alcohol, but I do try and not let the disease control my life.

I live in Walsall with my wonderful husband who I’ve been with for nearly ten years and our three black rescue cats (from front to back – Salem, Ezzy and Flo).

Apart from the endometriosis I’m a pretty much normal 30 something! I love to travel, coffee, cocktails, unicorns, Disney, clothes, shoes, bags and watching rugby!

Oh and I am a total crazy cat lady 😺
